4 x bed rooms available, 25km from central London. 3 bed rooms of 3m x 3m, and 1 of 4.5m x 3m, so each good for double bed or bunk beds, with own bathroom, shared 2 x living rooms and kitchen and enclosed garden at rear. Home is 15 minute walk from local train station, with central London 35 minutes away.
A shared home for one larger or ideally two smaller families, so this helps with all refugees supporting each other, and good for safety / chaperoning as I am a singe male. There are also some Ukraine refugees already rehomed in the immediate area already, within 1km from my home, so local support is good.
This is a largish detached house, at the closed end of dead-end avenue with fields adjacent so safe / good for children.
Also resident 1 x dog and other dogs fine to rehome, though not cats.
