– the fridge has to be replaced (there’s someone who can offer a fridge already but it needs to be carried into the apartment)
– the old fridge has to be put out on the road so the city can pick it up for recycling
– the apartment might need to be cleaned (it has been empty for a long time)
– there’s some old personal stuff / clothes.
