Snowdonia, North Wales. Two double and one single bedroom, all en suite

We would like to offer accommodation in our house. We live in an old hotel we are restoring, part of it is finished and is now a Bed and Breakfast Hotel. Parts of it are being worked on now. The part still waiting to be modernised is the part we live in, and we can offer rooms – the decoration is a bit old and tired but clean. We work full time on the Hotel and the building work. There is lots of space here – it is a very big house. We have a very friendly dog and a cat. We live in the mountains by a river, it is very beautiful and quiet here, but the main road is close by, there is a train station 300 metres away, and we have very good internet. There are schools close by too. There are lots of tourists visiting in the summer, and there is plenty of hospitality work here (if it is wanted).
